Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet, equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's exterior was well-maintained and well-lit for safe and easy parking. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room at our desired temperature. The kitchen worker even went out of her way to return a misplaced purse. Beds were comfortable, and overall, a great stay!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express and had a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options. The staff, especially Angela, was extremely helpful and made our mornings enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the ceiling fan was a great feature. I would recommend this hotel.

Room clean and nice.

Fire alarm went off 3 times. Last time for 30 min at 3:30 am. Staff never let us know what was going on and never said sorry for inconvenience. Humming in room, when mentioned at checkout / said fridge. Never apologized or offered refund of some kind. Place was clean other than that, great breakfast.

Confusion at check in. I booked three rooms under my credit card; I listed names of others who would be checking in for two of the rooms. When I went to check in, the front desk staff had given the room in my name to one of the other parties (they didn't have to show ID, they gave a credit card and were allowed to check in). Front desk then told me they didn't have a room for me, even though I booked the three rooms to begin with. Finally straightened out when the clerk realized she had checked in the other couple to the room in my name, so she gave us the room they had reserved for them. Took 30-45 minutes at the desk to get this straightened out. After we figured this out, clerk asked me if we wanted a room. I looked at her in disbelief and said "No, we drove all that way to come to your lobby and talk to you about our reservation". Of course we want a room.

The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient, quiet area on Henderson Street. I had a very good stay and would definitely come back.
